Qualifications

• Experience in audience-centred concept development and interpretive planning within museums, galleries, heritage organisations, or similar visitor-focused environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine experience concepts, pinpoint big ideas, define target audiences and communication objectives.
• Assess and propose content-delivery solutions from diverse expert contributors.
• Create key concept documents, pitches and presentations to share project vision.
• Collaborate with curators and other experts to deliver engaging experiences.
