Te āhua o Te Tūranga - The nature of the position
This is a newly created, hybrid role for an experienced Executive Support and Communications Administrator to work alongside the Chief Executive - a rare and rewarding opportunity for someone who moves confidently between 2 worlds.
You will provide high-level executive support to the CEO, manage travel and calendar coordination, and lead the organisation’s communications across digital channels.
In this dynamic role, you’ll be the go-to for internal and external communications - drafting pānui, publishing engaging social media content, supporting stakeholder engagement, and preparing key briefings and documents. You’ll bring a strong grounding in te reo me ōna tikanga, along with the agility to adapt as priorities evolve.
