Financial Markets Authority – Te Mana Tātai Hokohoko is seeking a senior leader to head Evidence & Investigations in Wellington. You will set strategic direction, lead through change, and align investigations with the FMA’s broader regulatory priorities.

You will build capability, foster inclusive leadership, and collaborate across enforcement and regulatory teams to deliver effective outcomes for New Zealand’s financial system.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in regulatory or enforcement settings.
• Ability to set direction and lead through change.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
