Job summary

MainPower is seeking a General Manager Delivery to lead the entire delivery engine—capital works, major projects and field operations—within the Executive Leadership Team, reporting to the Chief Executive. This role also owns supply chain, stores, logistics and fleet to deliver safely and cost-effectively.

Based in Rangiora, you will oversee field services, depots, works planning and resource optimization across multiple sites, while championing safety and high performance in a complex programme.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large-scale field operations or infrastructure delivery in a safety-critical environment.
• Proven delivery of complex capital projects, including commissioning assets.
• Strong works management, planning, scheduling and resource optimization skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead field services and depot operations across Rangiora, Culverden and Kaikōura.
• Own works planning and resource optimization for internal and contracted teams.
• Drive safety leadership and verify critical-risk controls in the field.
• Lift productivity and cost efficiency without compromising safety or quality.
• Report to the Board and its committees with confidence.
