• Shape strategic debate across policy areas and integrate insights across the organisation.
• Provide thought leadership internally and externally with extensive private sector and wider community engagement.
• Deliver system-wide leadership across the public sector and build trusted relationships with Ministers.
• Drive organisational transformation, improve performance, capability and engagement across systems.
