A community organization in Wellington is seeking a dynamic Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to the Director of Health. You will manage diaries, correspondence, and logistics while ensuring smooth operations within the health portfolio. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in executive support and be committed to serving community aspirations. We’re looking for a dynamic Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to our Director of Health. This role is varied, exciting, and central to the smooth running of the Health portfolio. You’ll be the organisational powerhouse behind the Director, helping to ensure their time, priorities, and responsibilities are well supported.
You will bring strong experience in executive support or personal assistant roles, ideally in health, government, or iwi organisations. You will be highly skilled and organised in managing competing priorities, building strong relationships, and working with discretion and professionalism.
