We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant to the General Manager and Leadership Team of the Government Property Office.
Working in a dynamic and changing environment, you will be responsible for diary management, recruitment support, meeting secretariat, monitoring communication, preparing documents, arranging travel, supporting budgeting and approval processes and other executive support duties all while working collaboratively with a wider support team. This is an important role so your ability to think on your feet, be agile and proactive and add value to the work of the Government Property Office team will be critical.
A strong focus on continuous improvement is important as well as the ability to build a strong understanding of the Government Property Office. This is a newly established group so if creating new processes in the office of the GM interests you then this is the role for you. You will maintain effective internal and external relationships, deal with high level, urgent issues and work effectively with the teams as needed.
