The Role

The Role

I’m looking for a highly capable Executive Assistant to keep things moving when I’m juggling multiple businesses and ideas. This is a part-time role (10 hours per week), perfect for someone who thrives on structure, detail, and getting things done with excellence.

Your job is to compliment my style: I’m strong on ideas and people, but less strong on follow-through and tenacity. I need you to:

Take ideas and turn them into clear actions, timelines, and follow-ups

Bring order, accuracy, and consistency where I naturally bring creativity and pace

Keep tasks moving until they are finished — even when I’ve moved onto the next idea

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage my inbox, diary, and priorities — making sure the right things get done at the right time
  • Follow through on projects, ensuring details are not missed and deadlines are met
  • Prepare documents, templates, and systems that make life easier for the team
  • Keep me accountable to commitments, circling back and closing the loop
  • Support with admin for business ventures

  • You are detail-focused, accurate, and love finishing things properly
  • You have strong organisational and administrative skills
  • You are confident in Microsoft Office 365 and happy to learn our systems (Scoro, SharePoint, Teams, Power Automate)
