The Opportunity

The team is looking for a proactive and commercially minded Executive Assistant. This role can be based in either Invercargill or Ashburton. This is a pivotal role that combines high-level executive support with sales administration, contract management and accounts support.

Working alongside the Management team, you’ll make sure they’re free to focus on growth and client relationships—while you keep sales processes, communications, and financial administration running smoothly.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives on detail, precision, and problem-solving, and who brings a “Dyno First” attitude—putting company goals, clients, and team success at the forefront.

Key Responsibilities
  • Executive support: Calendar management, travel, meeting preparation, proposals, and client communication.
  • Sales administration: Quotes, order processing, CRM updates, and tender/promo support.
  • Accounts support: Invoicing, debtor follow-up, reconciliations, and reporting.
  • Coordination: Smooth communication across Sales, Finance, Operations, and external partners.
  • Document and contract management.
What You’ll Bring
  • 3+ years’ experience in executive assistant, office management or coordination role.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication—clear, professional, and confident.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • The ability to hold senior leaders accountable and support them to focus on the big picture.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ownership mindset, and ability to solve problems independently.
