Job summary

Colab Projects is seeking a reliable, practical person to join the crew in an Event Operations Support role. You’ll be right in the mix, learning how we deliver projects from the warehouse to the workshop and onsite at events.

This is an entry level role with opportunities to learn across warehouse, workshop, print & signage, logistics and event delivery, while building skills and responsibility along the way. NZ residency or citizenship is required.

Qualifications

• You don’t need loads of experience but a practical, hands-on approach helps.
• Able to take direction and apply feedback quickly.
• Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
• Strong organisational skills and willingness to take ownership of tasks.
• A safety-first mindset and attention to detail.
• Open to learning new tasks and trying different roles.

Responsibilities

• Support across warehouse, workshop, print & signage, logistics and event delivery.
• Assist with loading/unloading vehicles, stock checks and stocktakes.
• Help with pre-builds, basic fabrication and producing projects for install.
• Pack in/out events and assist with graphic application and site readiness.
• Learn from project managers and experienced crew as you develop onsite skills.
