About the Role

As an Event Manager, you’ll take the lead in planning, coordinating, and delivering a diverse range of events — from concerts, comedy shows, and sporting fixtures to conferences, gala dinners, and community festivals. You’ll work across our iconic venues, collaborating with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure every event is seamless, safe, and unforgettable.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Managing end-to-end event delivery, from initial client contact to post-event debriefs
  • Coordinating logistics including catering, AV, security, and venue setup
  • Creating detailed event plans, floorplans, and run sheets
  • Leading on-site event execution and ensuring a premium client experience
  • Maintaining accurate records and financial administration using Momentus (Ungerboeck)
  • Building strong relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders

What You’ll Bring

  • A passion for events and creating memorable experiences
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in event management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management software (e.g. Momentus/Ungerboeck)
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends
