Job summary

Health New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Emergency Department on a fixed-term basis in Dunedin. The role is 0.6 FTE (48 hours per fortnight) with a fixed term through May 2027 and a salary band of $81,000–$106,000 p.a. prorata plus Kiwisaver.

The successful applicant will have NZ Nursing Council registration and an APC, and bring strong time-management, autonomy and collaboration skills to an acute care environment.

Qualifications

• Current registration with the New Zealand Nursing Council and a current APC
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and in collaboration with other professionals
• Excellent time management, interpersonal and organisational skills
• Adaptable, flexible and solution focused
• Experience in an acute setting is advantageous
