Job summary

Coca-Cola Europacific Partners (CCEP) in Wellington seeks a Field Service Technician to service refrigeration, postmix, vending and coffee equipment across the Greater Wellington region. This is a permanent full-time role with strong emphasis on hands-on electrical work and customer service.

The role requires electrical repair experience, problem-solving ability and a full, clean driver’s licence. Training will be provided for installations and commissioning in the field.

Qualifications

• Experience in electrical appliance repair or service work.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills on electrical equipment.
• Customer-facing role requiring professionalism and reliability.
• Licence to practise and relevant electrical qualifications are required or preferred.

Job description

As a company focused on making sure its customers are never too far away from a cold Coke or L&P, we have more than 35,000 pieces of refrigeration, postmix systems and vending equipment out in the market. Unfortunately, we haven't found one that fixes itself yet. Until we do, we need our Field Service Technician - and right now we have a vacancy in the Wellington Region. This is a permanent full-time role.

Your Impact

This is a field-based role that demands experience, attention to detail, and an eye for problem solving when it comes to electrical equipment.

• Servicing of fridges, postmix, vending and coffee equipment across the Greater Wellington region.
• Electrical troubleshooting and repairs, with strong attention to detail and practical problem-solving skills.
• Installation and commissioning of drink dispensing systems, with full training provided.
• Customer-focused role requiring reliability, professionalism and a hands-on approach.

About You

A background in electrical and/or appliance repair, with a minimum qualification as an Electrical Appliance Serviceperson, Electrical Service Technician or qualified Electrician, along with a current practising licence, will put you in good stead for this role.

• Refrigeration experience preferred, but full training will be provided.
• Energetic, driven and hardworking with strong customer service skills.
• Full, clean driver's licence required to service the Wellington region.
