Overview

The Information Intelligence team is a sub-team of Digital Connect responsible for enabling strategic use of data and systems across The Salvation Army. It supports governance, integration and insight generations to ensure enterprise platforms like Salesforce and TechnologyOne deliver value across Finance, HR, Supporter Engagement and Fundraising (SEF) and other mission-critical functions.

Role

The Enterprise Systems Lead works collaboratively across departments to align system integration, user experience, and operational efficiency, while maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure systems align with The Salvation Army's mission, operational goals, and service delivery needs
  • Drive system improvements, automation, and configuration to enhance functionality and user experience
  • Engage with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  • Act as a bridge between the Information Intelligence team, service delivery, finance, HR, and other departments to ensure system alignment
  • Coordinate with vendors, consultants, and internal teams to deliver projects on time and within scope

This role is permanent full time and hours worked will be 37.5 per week.

The starting salary for this role will fall between $103,000.00 and $109,946.66.
