Job summary

Tribe Group is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead a complex ITSM/enterprise service management implementation across a large NZ organisation. You will drive mobilisation to go-live and transition to BAU, coordinating internal teams and an external partner.

You will establish governance, manage budgets and risks, and ensure stakeholder alignment across multi-functional units. This role demands strong leadership, change management and executive reporting skills.

Qualifications

• Requires extensive experience delivering complex enterprise technology implementations.
• Experience leading ITSM or Enterprise Service Management initiatives.
• Proven governance, SteerCo and executive-level reporting abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the ITSM/enterprise service management implementation from mobilisation through go-live and BAU transition.
• Establish strong governance, reporting and decision-making frameworks.
• Manage the implementation partner and key vendor relationships.
• Own delivery plans, dependencies, budget, risks and milestones.
• Coordinate configuration, integrations, testing, cutover and readiness.
• Standardise service management processes across business units.
• Manage senior stakeholders with differing priorities.
• Lead organisational readiness, adoption and benefits realisation.
• Ensure service continuity and minimal disruption during transition.
