About the Role

As an Enterprise Business Analyst Lead for Lending Compliance and Simplification initiatives, you will focus on achieving exceptional customer outcomes by spearheading and delivering comprehensive, strategic business analysis services across various business units, platforms, tribes, and squads within our lending environment. This role will deepen your knowledge of our lending systems and processes and leverage your experience working within regulatory boundaries while you engage with a wide variety of stakeholders to deliver fit for purpose solutions. The role's scope affords opportunity for career growth and advancement to the next level.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership in Business Analysis - Lead business analysis activities across a number of strategic projects to meet compliance obligations while also looking to radically simplify business processes and products. The successful candidate will exhibit strong leadership skills, critical thinking, and the ability to navigate complexity and ambiguity.
  • Team Collaboration and Relationship Building - Foster positive professional relationships and a collaborative team environment; create and lead a community of business analysts across initiatives to foster knowledge sharing and better understanding of context.
  • Build Out Knowledge Repository - Create a centralised, consolidated searchable repository of information (IP) across initiatives that includes both business and technical artefacts.
  • Contextual Awareness and Adaptability - Understand the larger context of information and maintain a positive attitude in the face of change.
  • Professional Integrity, Resilience and a Growth Mindset - Demonstrate integrity, accountability, resilience, and a growth mindset in all that you do.
  • People Leadership - The role will provide people leadership to a team of Business Analysts within the Delivery Practice
  • You are a passionate, positive, and experienced professional with a demonstrated ability to think critically and enable great customer outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
  • You excel at managing a diverse mix of stakeholders using all forms of communication and have proficiency in all business analysis areas.
  • You are known for taking a united, collaborative, and empowering approach to complex pieces of work.
  • Five or more years of experience as an Enterprise/Lead Business Analyst with a demonstrated capability in business analysis and leadership activities across a range of projects.
  • CCCFA / Lending experience is preferred.
