  • Provide high quality leadership that develops and implements systems, policies and procedures that lead to quality teaching and learning in the Years 12–13 English Literature curriculum
Requirements
  • Proven success in teaching English at senior levels of the New Zealand Curriculum
  • Demonstrated ability to challenge students across all curriculum levels
  • New Zealand Working Rights
  • Current New Zealand teacher registration and practising certificate
Preferred qualifications
  • Experience with NZQA Scholarship program
  • Familiarity with International Baccalaureate (IB) curriculum
  • Experience with the International Baccalaureate English Literature programme would be an advantage, but not essential
  • Embodies St Cuthbert's motto "By Love Serve" in all aspects of work
  • Has a track record of working in high-achieving teams
  • Demonstrates a commitment to ongoing professional development
  • Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills
