Job summary

Synechron is seeking a senior API lead to own end-to-end API services, guide squads, and ensure secure, scalable production-ready APIs. You will collaborate across architecture, DevOps, security, and testing to govern design and delivery.

You will mentor engineers, promote engineering best practices, and manage risks and releases, shaping enterprise API platforms at scale within a global tech consulting environment.

Qualifications

• Ten or more years in software engineering with API platforms.
• Proven track record leading engineering teams.
• Strong design and security practices for APIs.
