About the role

Babcock is looking for a Engineering Change Manager to join the Program Engineering team based in Devonport, Auckland.

You’ll lead a high-performing team, foster a culture of inclusion and innovation, and build enduring relationships with key stakeholders across logistics command, capability branches, and the Ministry of Defence. Your influence will extend across strategic planning, programme delivery, and design governance—ensuring projects are delivered with precision, quality, and purpose.

Key Required Qualifications
  • Degree in Engineering
  • Chartered Engineer status
  • Tertiary qualification in Management (highly desirable)
  • Significant in engineering leadership within defence, marine, or complex asset environments
