Qualifications

• Previous experience in activities coordinator, recreation assistant, or similar role.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse groups.
• Creativity and enthusiasm for planning fun and engaging activities.
• A genuine passion for guest satisfaction and creating memorable experiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a schedule of engaging daily activities for guests.
• Organize and lead various recreational programs, such as games, tours, and entertainment events.
• Ensure the safety and enjoyment of all participants during activities.
• Manage activity supplies and equipment, ensuring they are well-maintained.
• Communicate activity schedules and details to guests effectively.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of guest experiences.
