About the role:
This is full time office based role.Reporting directly to the Chief Executive, the Engagement & Development Lead will play a critical role in enhancing member value, delivering impactful educational programmes, communication activities, and strengthening industry and stakeholder relationships. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, enjoys working for the community, and is motivated by creating lasting impact through strong partnerships and strategic initiatives.
Lead strategies to grow and retain sponsorships and partnerships that align with organisational goals
Oversee the delivery and promotion of professional development programmes on current and emerging issues
Develop marketing and engagement campaigns that reinforce member value and brand positioning
Collaborate with the wider team to deliver targeted events and conferences
Provide leadership to the Marketing Services Lead and foster a high-performance culture
Monitor and measure sponsorship effectiveness and development outcomes
Proven experience in stakeholder engagement, relationship management or community development 3+ years
Demonstrated ability to lead strategic initiatives that drive measurable impact in a membership or service-based environment
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Experience with sponsorship, or marketing initiatives, fundraising - a must
The ability to think strategically while managing day-to-day programme delivery
A collaborative, agile mindset and the ability to work effectively in a small team environment
