Job summary

Presbyterian Support Otago, Dunedin, invites applications for a part-time Activities Coordinator (fixed term) at St Andrews. You will plan, lead and supervise activities to promote residents' dignity, independence and well-being, ensuring they stay connected and engaged.

This 35-hour-per-week role runs mid-September to March 2027, offering meaningful work in a well-known charitable organisation, with on-the-job training and opportunities to grow within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Exceptional planning and organisational skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills including relationship-building and advocacy.
• Energetic, enthusiastic, self-motivated and creative.
• Hold a full driver's license.
• Be empathetic and patient with elderly people.
• Diversional Therapy qualification or working towards one is an added advantage.
