Job summary

Hōhepa Canterbury is seeking a compassionate Support Worker to assist two services, Mara and Toe Toe, delivering personal care, meal preparation, medication management and household tasks to three houses. You will foster independence, provide boundaries when needed, and bring energy, empathy and a calm sense of humor to daily routines.

Qualifications

• Ability to assess situations and resolve problems while setting appropriate boundaries.
• Experience supporting individuals with personal care, meals and medication management.
• Willingness to work across multiple houses with flexible rostering.
