About the Role

Our Emergency Care (EC) Clerical team is looking for a part‑time Emergency Clerk to join us at the front line of patient care. We have 0.5 positions available, working 20 hours per week with flexible, rotating shifts across a 24/7 schedule so adaptability is key!

The working shifts for this role are:

• Day 07:30-16:00 hours
• Evening 15:30-24:00 hours
• Night 23:30-08:00 hours

This position's primary function is to ensure the timely registration of patients who present to the Emergency Care department. You will also provide administrative support to the Clinical team as requested.

About You

You will be working alongside a very diverse team of health care extraordinaries in the busiest Emergency Department in Australasia! Its a fast‑paced environment, so youll need to be prepared to pull on your roller‑skates while using your can do positive attitude.

What you will need to bring to the team

• 2 to 3 years of customer service experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong computer and administrative skills
• Be calm under pressure and deadline‑focused
• If you have Healthcare experience it would be a bonus
