EMEIA Quality Manager

Are you a hands-on, proactive leader with a passion for quality?

We are looking for a dynamic Quality Manager to join our team and take charge of our quality assurance programs.

This role is pivotal in ensuring our compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards, while also supporting ISO 45001.

You'll be deeply involved in every aspect of quality management, from internal audits to supplier management, to foster a culture of quality.

As a Quality Manager, strong leadership skills are critical for managing your team and collaborating with cross-functional teams (engineering, procurement, sales, manufacturing) to drive improvements and maintain our standards.

We are seeking a dynamic individual who is influential and detail-oriented, with proficiency in data analysis to identify trends and opportunities.

Please note this is an on-site role based at our office in St Leonards, East Sussex.

Key Job Elements
  1. Audit Program: Lead and manage internal/external audit programs to ensure compliance with ISO standards and identify areas for improvement.
  2. Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA): Oversee the CAPA process to address non-conformities and implement effective solutions.
  3. Data Analysis: Perform data analysis to identify trends and work with cross-functional teams to address opportunities.
  4. Continual Improvement: Drive initiatives to foster a culture of excellence and innovation.
  5. Returns Management: Manage the returns process, ensuring customer satisfaction and prompt resolution of quality issues.
  6. Quality Objectives, Reporting, & Training: Monitor and improve quality and sustainability objectives; prepare and present reports during management reviews; educate teams on quality assurance, ISO standards, and lean management.
  7. Sustainability: Lead the sustainability committee and drive sustainability initiatives in EMEIA.
  8. Supplier Management: Collaborate with supply chain and product management to qualify suppliers, ensure standards, and drive improvements.
  9. Facilities Management: Oversee facilities to ensure operational efficiency and safety.
Qualifications
  • University degree or equivalent experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Quality Management or related field.
  • In-depth knowledge of ISO 9001; internal and lead auditor training.
  • Knowledge of root cause analysis techniques.
  • Good communication skills and highly organized.
  • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
  • Preferred: CQM/OE, CQA, CQE certifications; experience with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001; lean certification; knowledge of leak detection, inspection techniques, and facilities management.
