We are hiring Embedded Linux Consultants to expand our reach in mission-critical industries, including Automotive, Medical Devices, Industrial Systems, Robotics, and Telco, as well as Consumer Electronics. We seek candidates who are accomplished Linux professionals, passionate about Linux, proficient with containerization, system debugging, and related skills.
The server edition of Ubuntu is already prevalent in connected devices and industrial PCs. Our newer edition, Ubuntu Core, emphasizes security and resilience for high-end appliances and equipment, serving clients in consumer electronics, industrial electronics, automotive, and robotics. We are expanding our offerings to enhance security, management, and developer experience in small Linux environments and devices, including recent additions like real-time Linux capabilities and upcoming certifications.
This role requires a blend of skills: deep Linux knowledge, coding and scripting proficiency, experience with low-level Linux boot, BIOS, firmware, and embedded software development methodologies. Candidates should thrive in dynamic client engagements with ambitious tech entrepreneurs, balancing technical excellence with teamwork and customer focus.
