Responsibilities

• Test, diagnose and repair PCBs to ensure optimal performance
• Monitor process yields and provide detailed reports to Team Leaders
• Investigate root‑cause issues and report systematic failures
• Control faulty module repairs to meet shipment requirements
• Collaborate with our R&D team to identify and resolve faults
• Read and interpret schematics with precision

Qualifications

• A formal qualification in electronics (equal to or exceeding trade level)
• Prior test experience within a manufacturing environment, preferably in RF and/or telecommunications
• Proven hands‑on experience in electronics testing and repair
• Advanced soldering capabilities
• A proactive, problem‑solving mindset and a self‑starter attitude
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the business
• A positive, team‑orientated attitude and the ability to contribute to a multicultural workplace
