This senior-influenced role spans concept, circuit design, prototyping, testing, validation and production implementation.

Qualifications

Bachelor of Electrical Engineering or related qualification.
3+ years' experience in product development.
Proven experience developing commercial electronic products.
Strong analogue and digital electronics design capability.
Experience with PCB CAD and electronics design tools.
Understanding EMC compliance and electrical safety standards.
Ability to diagnose and resolve complex electronic faults.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

Design electronic circuit solutions for new and existing products.
Develop prototypes and support products from concept through production.
Conduct testing, validation, and root-cause analysis to ensure performance.
Ensure designs comply with EMC and electrical safety standards.
Support technical reviews and contribute to engineering decisions.
Collaborate with Product, Software, Manufacturing, Procurement, and NPI teams.
Build relationships with suppliers and manufacturing partners.
Support continuous improvement of engineering processes and methodologies.
Mentor and support the development of fellow engineers.

We're looking for a Electronics Engineer to join our New Ventures team and help develop the next generation of products powering this globally growing solution.

The Opportunity

This is a hands-on senior engineering role where you'll contribute advanced technical expertise across the full product development lifecycle, from concept and circuit design through to prototyping, testing, validation, and production implementation.

Working within multidisciplinary teams, you'll design robust, cost-effective electronic solutions, solve complex technical challenges, and help ensure our products deliver exceptional quality, reliability, and performance in demanding real-world environments.

You'll also contribute to technical reviews, support engineering best practice, and help mentor developing engineers within the team.
