Job summary

Incon Automation, a Hamilton-based industrial electrical and automation company, is seeking an experienced NZ Registered Industrial Electrician to join the team. You'll work on a wide variety of industrial projects, solve real-world problems, and contribute to a team that takes pride in doing the job properly.

You will install electrical systems, work with VSDs, PLCs, and assist with water treatment and pumping installations, while mentoring junior electricians and maintaining high workmanship

Qualifications

• Current New Zealand Electrical Registration and Practising Licence.
• Proven industrial electrical experience.
• Full New Zealand Class 1 Driver Licence.
• New Zealand Citizenship or Permanent Residency.
• Excellent fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High standard of workmanship and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to share knowledge and mentor team members.
• A practical, positive attitude and pride in doing work properly.
