Overview

Electrical Supervisor – We’re on the lookout for an experienced Electrical Supervisor to lead a large team on a high-profile project. This is a great opportunity to take charge of day-to-day operations while ensuring work is delivered to high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

Location: Bay of Plenty
Pay rate: $65 per hour (Experience Dependent)

Responsibilities

• Supervise, organise, and provide technical direction to electrical staff
• Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical works
• Ensure quality and compliance with project specs and industry standards
• Implement and monitor health & safety protocols on site
• Coordinate with wider project team to meet deadlines
• Inspect and evaluate work completed by staff and contractors

To be successful in this role, you’ll need

• Current Site Safe certification
• EWRB registration
• Full NZ driver’s licence
• Proven leadership skills and team coordination experience
• Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems
• Excellent communication and a detail-focused mindset
• Previous experience on solar farm projects (highly desirable)
