Job summary

Harvey Norman in Blenheim is seeking a customer-focused sales team member in the Electrical department. You’ll gain hands-on product knowledge and deliver an outstanding in-store experience while your performance drives your income and career progression.

This full-time role offers base hourly pay plus uncapped commission, with training provided and opportunities to grow within New Zealand’s leading retailer. You’ll work a 7-day roster including weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and people skills.

• Previous retail or sales experience is desirable.
• Proficiency with POS systems is desirable.

• Sell electrical products while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
