Transpower in Wellington invites graduates to join a two-year rotational programme that develops your technical capability while solving real-world challenges in the electricity sector. You'll work with transmission professionals across multiple offices in New Zealand.

By December 2027 you will have completed a BE(Hons) in Electrical, E&E, or Mechatronics with strong GPA, and you will gain exposure to Power Systems, Transmission Lines, and Real-Time Operations as part of your career development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) in Electrical, Electrical and Electronics, or Mechatronics.
• Minimum GPA 5.5 (B+ equivalent) or on track to achieve.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and active listening.

Responsibilities

• participate in a two-year rotational programme across teams.
