We're working with a well-established electrical contractor in Dunedin that’s built a strong name for itself throughout the South Island. Known for their collaborative team environment, focus on safety, and consistent delivery of high-quality work, they’re now looking for an experienced Electrical Estimator to join their team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working closely with project teams and clients and is looking for a role with variety, responsibility, and long-term stability.

What you’ll be doing:

• Creating accurate, competitive pricing for commercial and industrial electrical projects
• Interpreting project documentation to determine materials, labour, and cost requirements
• Attending site visits prior to tendering and building strong client relationships
• Gathering and reviewing quotes from suppliers and subcontractors
• Making sure all estimates meet both industry benchmarks and company standards

About you:

• Solid background in electrical estimating and a sound technical understanding
• Strong eye for detail and a methodical approach to documentation
• Comfortable using industry-standard estimating tools and software
• Confident communicator who can collaborate effectively with clients and project teams
• Must have either New Zealand residency or a valid NZ work visa
