Role Objective

Design and develop Cast Resin Transformers (CRT) with a focus on electrical design, performance optimization, and compliance with industry standards. Ensure integration of CRT systems into turnkey power solutions across diverse applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of Cast Resin Transformers (CRT) for industrial and commercial projects.
• Prepare detailed electrical designs, drawings, and technical specifications.
• Ensure compliance with IEC/IS standards and customer requirements.
• Collaborate with mechanical, production, and quality teams for seamless execution.
• Conduct design validation, testing, and performance analysis of CRT systems.
• Support techno-commercial discussions with clients and consultants.
• Provide technical expertise during installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
• Track emerging technologies and contribute to continuous product improvement.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Strong background in transformer electrical design, preferably CRT.
• Hands‑on experience in design software and electrical analysis tools.
• Ability to handle design documentation and client interactions independently.
