Join our Albany team as an Account Manager and jumpstart a rewarding career with one of New Zealand's leading suppliers of stainless steel fasteners. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing key client accounts within the construction industry, driving sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

This is an entry-level role with fantastic growth opportunities.

About the Role:
  1. Your number one priority will be to help us grow the Anzor brand and customer base in the construction space, by acquiring new customers every month.
  2. Hunt out new opportunities and provide excellent customer service.
  3. Identify sales growth opportunities in the construction space and develop strategies to meet revenue targets.
  4. Manage strong customer relationships through outstanding communication skills.
  5. Collaborate effectively with the wider team and assist the branch when needed.

We’re Looking for Someone Who:
  1. Has proven experience in generating excellent sales growth.
  2. Is comfortable delivering on, and exceeding targets.
  3. Is sales process-oriented.
  4. Possesses drive and commitment.
  5. Is motivated to increase sales year on year with a positive attitude.
  6. Has experience in selling fasteners or working in a trade environment (preferred but not mandatory).
