The Role
As Finance Manager, you’ll report directly to the senior leadership team and take full ownership of financial operations. This is a broad role that requires both technical capability and a people-first approach. You’ll lead a team across transactional and accounting, while also ensuring robust financial controls, month-end delivery, and reliable reporting across multiple entities.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Managing month-end processes, reconciliations, and reporting for multiple GLs
- Overseeing internal controls, compliance, and financial accuracy
- Leading and supporting a varied finance team (some experienced, some developing)
- Liaising with external accountants and tax advisors
- Providing clear insights and financial data to support decision-making
- Driving system use
This role suits someone practical, calm, and solutions-oriented — someone who can see the big picture but doesn’t mind rolling up their sleeves to get the detail right.
Role Requirements To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
- Proven experience in finance leadership and end-to-end accounting
- A strong understanding of internal controls, reporting, and tax compliance
- A team-first mindset, with the ability to guide and support a broad finance team
- A curious, methodical approach — you like solving problems and improving systems
- Solid Excel skills and comfort with various accounting platforms
- CA/CPA qualification preferred, but strong experience counts
