The Role

As Finance Manager, you’ll report directly to the senior leadership team and take full ownership of financial operations. This is a broad role that requires both technical capability and a people-first approach. You’ll lead a team across transactional and accounting, while also ensuring robust financial controls, month-end delivery, and reliable reporting across multiple entities.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Managing month-end processes, reconciliations, and reporting for multiple GLs
• Overseeing internal controls, compliance, and financial accuracy
• Leading and supporting a varied finance team (some experienced, some developing)
• Liaising with external accountants and tax advisors
• Providing clear insights and financial data to support decision-making
• Driving system use

Role Requirements To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

• Proven experience in finance leadership and end-to-end accounting

• A curious, methodical approach — you like solving problems and improving systems
• Solid Excel skills and comfort with various accounting platforms
