ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a 4-month fixed-term contract role (initially).

As our Talent Manager, you'll be responsible for delivering the next phase of our recruitment while implementing and refining recruitment processes, coaching internal stakeholders, and driving best practices across all talent acquisition operations. You’ll serve as a key partner to hiring managers and help deliver a consistent, high-quality candidate experience while ensuring recruitment operations are efficient and data driven.

Key Duties:

• Implement, and optimise end-to-end recruitment processes and tools
• Develop training programs and resources for stakeholders
• Oversee operational recruiting activities
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, focusing on efficiency, compliance, and candidate experience
• Manage recruitment analytics and reporting to track KPIs and inform decision-making.

This role can be based fully remote.


ABOUT YOU

• 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 2 years in a leadership or process-focused role
• Proven track record in implementing scalable recruitment processes and systems (e.g., ATS optimization, interview frameworks, workflow automations)
• Experience designing and delivering training programs across the recruitment cycle
• Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment and hiring operations
• Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Comfortable working in fast-paced and rapidly changing environments
• Data-driven mindset with proficiency in recruitment analytics and reporting tools.
