Are you passionate about customer service? We’re seeking a standout Receptionist to join our Bell Block team. Partnering with our part-time Receptionist, you’ll provide exceptional customer service as the first point of contact for visitors to Headquarters and via phone. You will also support our Executive Assistant and other teams with administrative tasks. Additionally, you will coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation for staff as needed.

This part-time permanent role is 25 hours/week, Monday to Friday, with some flexibility to work 20 hours/week if preferred. Additional hours may occasionally be required.
