About the role:
You'll be working within our professional services team delivering exciting data projects for customers. Specifically, here's what it takes to be a match for this role:
- Demonstrated experience in Data Engineering, particularly in modern cloud data platforms like Azure Purview, Azure Databricks, Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse Analytics, Power BI or their equivalents.
- Ideally, experience in a consulting environment with the ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
- Experience in building cloud systems that collect and wrangle raw data to surface information for reporting or AI workloads.
- Experience in building ETL data integration using tools such as Spark, Python, or equivalents.
- Ability to work at pace with multiple priorities, preferably with consulting experience.
- Good interpersonal skills and confidence to work directly with clients to understand and meet their needs.
- Strong learning agility with the ability to reason and problem-solve across various data domains.
- Ability to translate business ideas into technical architecture and data platform solutions, and communicate these to non-technical audiences.
- Eagerness to expand understanding into emerging tech areas like Machine Learning, Software, Infrastructure, and IoT.
