Job Title: Program Manager – Data Programs

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Program Manager with a strong background in managing large-scale data programs. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering complex data-driven initiatives such as data lakes, data migration, Master Data Management (MDM), and data quality frameworks. This role requires a strategic leader with deep domain expertise in data governance, data architecture, data engineering, and analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end program management of large and complex data initiatives.
• Develop and manage detailed program plans, budgets, resource allocation, and timelines.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across data engineering, analytics, and governance.
• Oversee the implementation of data platforms (e.g., data lakes) and migration activities.
• Drive the setup and execution of data quality frameworks and MDM initiatives.
• Ensure alignment of program goals with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
• Identify and manage program risks, dependencies, and issues effectively.
• Provide regular updates and reports to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and high-quality delivery within the program teams.

Key Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in Program Management with a focus on data-related programs.
• Hands-on experience delivering large-scale data solutions, including data lakes, data migrations, MDM, and data quality frameworks.
• Strong understanding of data governance, data architecture, data engineering, and analytics.
• Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional technical and business teams.
• Exceptional stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and modern data platforms/tools.
• Experience working in or with public sector organizations is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications in Program Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) and/or data platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP).
