We are currently seeking an experienced Submissions Coordinator or Submissions Manager to join our team at Icon based in our Sydney (Australia) office. As our Submissions Coordinator/Manager you will play a critical role in the submission of our tender proposals, ensuring our submissions are of the highest quality and delivered in a timely manner. Relocation support may be available for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordination of tender submissions, including preparation and submission of tender documentation in line with the required timeframe and quality standards
  • Development of high-quality content, including written responses, graphics, and other supporting documentation
  • Formatting and layout of tender submissions, using Adobe InDesign, to ensure that all materials are well presented and meet the highest quality standards
  • Management of the tender submission process, ensuring that all stakeholders are kept informed of timelines and requirements
  • Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a seamless and efficient submission process

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the built environment i.e. Construction, Architecture or Engineering
  • Demonstrated experience in content writing, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to develop high-quality content in a timely manner
  • Expertise in Adobe InDesign, with the ability to create visually appealing and high-quality documents, as well as, the full Adobe Suite
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Proactive and self-motivated approach, with a focus on continuous improvement and process optimization
