Job summary

Tiny Voices Napier is seeking a dynamic individual to join our privately owned early learning centre as both a teacher and centre administrator. This unique role combines classroom teaching with administrative duties to support our tamariki and whanau.

You will work 60% in the classroom and 40% on administration, under the Centre Manager, delivering high-quality care, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Previous childcare experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Childcare experience preferred.
• Able to support kaiako in classrooms and provide a nurturing environment.
• Strong organisation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist kaiako in classrooms to support holistic development.
• Handle invoicing, payroll, budgets, and daily reconciliations.
• Maintain enrollment records and family communications.
• Coordinate with Centre Manager and teaching team to ensure smooth operations.
