We are looking for an Education Operations Manager - Conservation Learning to join the conservation advocacy and engagement department. This multifaceted role reports to the Conservation Learning and Community Engagement Manager and has a team of Conservation Learning Facilitators (Kaupapa Māori) as direct reports.
The successful candidate will play a key role in leading the delivery, growth, and strategic direction of Auckland Zoo’s conservation learning programmes. This includes overseeing the day-to-day operations of onsite, online, and outreach learning initiatives while supporting broader advocacy and engagement goals. The role requires a strong focus on delivering both mission and financial outcomes, team leadership, and cross-team collaboration.
