About the Role

As our Business Development Manager (BDM), you'll lead our growth strategy and play a key role in expanding our property portfolio.

You will:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Develop new referral partnerships with mortgage brokers, financial planners, buyers agents, and other industry professionals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and investors.
  • Leverage your local Wellington connections in the community/ sports teams/ social & professional circles.
  • Provide tailored advice on our award-winning property management services.
  • Deliver compelling presentations and stay informed on the local rental market to offer expert advice.
  • Work closely with our property management team to ensure seamless client onboarding.

You will bring: Proven experience in a face-to-face sales role that includes new business development, a valid New Zealand driver’s licence, and sound technology skills with CRM proficiency. Above all, you will have an unstoppable drive for success and a hunger to excel in an uncapped earning environment.
