As Head of Finance, you’ll play a pivotal role in guiding the organisation’s financial strategy, supporting the Director and Board while working collaboratively with service managers.
You will lead a small finance team and oversee the full spectrum of financial operations, including strategic planning, reporting, compliance, budgeting, and business performance.
This leadership position calls for someone who can engage with people, shape strategy, and drive meaningful improvement. You’ll bring clarity to complexity and provide trusted advice that supports sound decision-making at all levels.
