Finance Systems Business Partner

Te whiwhinga mahi | The opportunity

In this role, you will report directly to the Group Financial Systems Manager, managing technical platform requirements, executing configuration and integration tasks within Oracle Fusion, FDI and EPM ERP platforms along with other systems as required. You'll play a crucial role in overseeing user support, employing tools like SQL, OBDI and Smartview for system reports, audits, and advising on platform architecture alignment with policies and legislation. This opportunity allows you to contribute to the success of our organization, working alongside a dedicated project team enhancing our new Oracle ERP and suite of products. You'll also work hand in hand with a small remote offshore team with the support of our wider Finance team, ensuring the seamless delivery of your responsibilities and making a tangible impact on our financial success and stability.

  • Hands on configuration Experience using Oracle Fusion ERP and EPM is essential
  • Experience in managing an oracle FDI environment set up and security would be advantageous
  • Experience in a large organization or professional services environment is highly advantageous
  • Strong understanding of Functional Business Analysis skills documenting process and workflows
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage with senior stakeholders
  • Proven experience in a finance systems role, demonstrating core accounting knowledge
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage with stakeholders across the organization
  • A curious, adaptive mindset, comfortable pivoting in response to evolving business priorities
  • Recognized accounting qualification (CAANZ/CPA) preferred but not essential
  • Experience using tools such as ADO and Jira for project and task tracking in Scrum and Kanban approaches
