Reporting to the TWS Omni Strategy & Experience Lead, you'll manage the online product lifecycle to ensure our full range is shoppable, searchable, and accurately represented. You'll help deliver a seamless online experience that reflects our in-store offering—no missing images or out-of-stock surprises! We're looking for a high-energy self-starter who thrives on juggling multiple systems, improving processes, and handling the mundane to get the job done.

Core responsibilities include:

  1. Diagnosing and fixing issues across pricing, promotions, imagery, product data, and integration to ensure customers can view our full assortment and purchase online.
  2. Managing the online product lifecycle effectively.
  3. Managing store hours and updates to opening hours online.
  4. Overseeing pre-orders to ensure optimal online availability.
  5. Managing onsite badging and filtering to communicate key messages such as promos, new items, and online-only products.
  6. Managing category hierarchy, including manually managed categories, Specials, and MTEs.
  7. Optimizing search and sort functionalities.
  8. Providing operational support across other digital platforms like Eagle Eye, Dynamic Yield, and BazaarVoice.
Qualifications

  • Can view data from the customer's perspective.
  • Have a solid understanding of Google Analytics.
  • Possess intermediate to advanced Excel skills, including basic VLOOKUPs.
  • Have experience working within an ecommerce or marketing environment.
  • Can partner effectively with others.
