Job description

Are you obsessed with fashion, digital content, and making an online store look irresistible? We’re on the hunt for a talented eCommerce Content Coordinator to join our Flo & Frankie Marketing Team!

You’ll be part of the magic behind our website, from styling product shoots and uploading new arrivals, to visually merchandising collections that convert. If you’re creative, organised, and love working across fashion, content, and digital tools like Shopify, this could be your dream role.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Coordinate Ecomm and campaign photoshoots - booking models, photographers, and ensuring on-brand styling.
  • Upload and optimise new products weekly on Shopify and Lightspeed - images, SEO, and spot-on descriptions.
  • Merchandise the online store daily to keep it visually stunning, sales-savvy, and conversion-focused.
  • Manage and organise all imagery, assets, and styling guides for easy access and use.
  • Collaborate with design, marketing, merchandise planning, and wholesale teams to align content with launches and campaigns.
  • Stay ahead of fashion trends and competitor moves to bring fresh ideas.
  • Support weekly content performance reporting to help shape strategy.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

  • 2+ years’ experience in fashion eComm, styling, or digital content.
  • A strong fashion eye and passion for styling that keeps you ahead of the trends.
  • Highly organised, detail-focused, and confident juggling deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable with Shopify, Lightspeed, and project tools like Monday.com (or similar).
  • A great communicator, team player, and all-round good-vibes person.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and ready to jump into a fast-paced, supportive team, learn fast, and make things happen.
