Job description

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Field Sales Associate (Aortic & Peripheral Interventions) to join our NZ Vascular Sales Team. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, passionate about selling, collaboration, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from home in New Zealand while fulfilling your role's duties.

Responsibilities:
  • Promote the full range of Aortic & Peripheral products to Vascular Surgeons, Interventional Radiologists, Nursing staff, Purchasing, and Supply Managers within the designated territory.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve shared goals.
  • Meet or exceed sales forecasts, manage a profitable territory, and view Sales Overheads as investments.
  • Identify and pursue profitable sales opportunities.
  • Provide high levels of customer service in line with company philosophy, in cooperation with Customer Service Personnel.
  • Maintain current knowledge of clinical and competitive information.
  • Regularly update CRM with key account and customer profiles.
  • Assist in preparing annual investment and revenue plans.
  • Manage and maintain 'trunk stock' for emergencies.
  • Monitor and maintain appropriate levels of inventory, including consignment stock.
Required Qualifications:
  • Degree in Science, Business, Biomedical Science, Nursing, or Radiography.
  • At least 5 years of Endovascular medical device sales experience.
  • Knowledge of Endovascular & Vascular Surgical procedures.
  • Strong selling, negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent verbal and presentation skills.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and develop strategic plans.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 40% of the time.
Desired Qualifications:
  • Strong clinical, technical, and communication skills, with effective organizational and time management abilities.
  • Flexibility to work outside regular hours and be 'on call' as needed.
  • Proven ability to work as part of an inclusive team.
