Join us as the Professional Experience Coordinator (Secondary), where you'll play a key role in shaping the future of education by connecting aspiring secondary teachers with schools, mentors, and experiences that will launch their careers!
In this dynamic and rewarding position, you'll collaborate closely with principals, teachers, academic staff, and administrative teams to ensure professional experience placements are well-designed, coherent, and supportive of both student teachers and their mentors. You'll work alongside the Professional Experience Lead and Manager to oversee visiting arrangements, coordinate payments, prepare vital documentation, and support professional development for associate teachers. Your expertise will also contribute to the recruitment and selection of future secondary educators, making this a unique opportunity to impact the quality and direction of teacher education from start to finish.
